Sunshine was the 1st person to help and her cheery attitude made a bad situation much better. Khaled arrived about 1.5 hours after my call and was quick to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue. Swapped the part out and now the A/C is blowing cool air again. Great service all the way around!!!

I had Christian from Andy Statewide come out to inspect my HVAC system, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was checking in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how thorough he was-he didn't rush through the inspection and made sure I knew the condition of my system and what to look out for in the future. It's clear he genuinely cares about his work and the customers he's helping. I'd definitely recommend Christian and Andy Statewide to anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

Hunter came out for a service call, but went above and beyond! He walked me through a ton of maintenance tips outside of the reason I called that helped me dial in my home HVAC maintenance for the future that will save me a ton of time and money. Hunter was great! I created a checklist based on his tips!

Not only was the help I recieved quick and efficient, but the Technician was very professional and extremely informative. They talked me through what they were doing and helped me understand how the system worked and how to prevent issues in the future.

We had a problem with our a/c on a Saturday, and we figured we wouldn’t be able to find any help until Monday. Andy’s came up on a google search, and had great reviews. I called and someone was here within and hour! No up charging at all, and our technician Hunter was fantastic, and couldn’t be any nicer. We will be using Andy’s for our hvac needs from now on!

I had a technician named Dayton come out and clean and check my furnace.

The scheduling process was simple. The appointment was when it was convenient for me. The compnay called to let me know that the tech was on his way. The tech was prompt and courteous. He explained things that needed attention and thanked me for allowing them to tune up my furnace. The price was exactly as quoted.

The two technicians were very professional and had a cheerful attitude as they went about their work. They did a through job on the maintenance of our 2 furnaces. They called ahead to notify us that they would arrive in 30 minutes. Since we are happy with the work that was completed today we have decided to schedule maintenance work at my husband’s office. We highly recommend Andy’s Statewide.

We were slotted a 10 to 2 time slot. Ended up being the last appointment. Unfortunately, the tech became sick and another tech was sent . Work was completed at 3:40pm. The tech was professional and did a great job.
It would be nice if the customer was contacted when the tech knew that we would be his last job for the day. That would allow us to get some things done instead of sitting most of the day waiting.

Had a maintenance check for my furnace. He clean what he could and told me what I need to do in the meantime. He also saw my water heater which is bad. I thank him for pointing that out to me. He did his job and was kind and pleasant. Thank you!

Terry is the greatest. He always jokes, "You'll live another year." At our age, that's nice to hear, but he really means it. We have faith in his attention to details and feel safe when he does the job. Thank you.
That was last year's review. This year, I can say our new serviceman, Dan, made us that same guarantee. We will be asking for him to inspect our furnace next year now that Terry is retired. Thanks Dan.
