I was having a hard time getting a furnace and as it is getting cold I was worried I had already went through. Three other companies had tried loans. Was having no luck whatsoever. Andy's came out and within 5 minutes in my door guaranteed me that we would get a furnace into my place and he did. I had Andrew as an assistant helper showing me my options within the week. I had Hunter who came out and put my furnace in also my thermostat so in my opinion Andy's is awesome!

There was a mishap, but Zandra took the reins and worked her magic to ensure I received service on the day scheduled and she made it happen. Thank you! Jordan Gustafson stepped in and all went well. My tenant said, “Jordan is a nice guy,” and I’m happy to have had the benefit of working with Zandra. So, when I need heating and cooling service again, my phone has Andy’s Heating and Cooling to call.

Cory came and fixed my furnace quickly. The cost was appropriate. Cory was friendly. He explained everything thoroughly before he began. I will definitely recommend this company to any friends or family that need furnace maintenance. Thank you!

Austin Stempien helped us in our time of need!! After dealing with a rip off we had to have someone check our furnace again. They came out the day of calling and Austin checked everything out unlike the rip off! He managed to find the problem rather quickly and got it back up and running the same day we called!! Super friendly and answered all our questions, even made sure to tell us to get a refund from the rip off!!
10 outta 10 work done!! Wonderful company and wonderful workers:))

I called Andy's Heating and Air Conditioning and an appointment was scheduled immediately. The Service Technician was Austin S; he was on time for the appointment, very professional, and thorough in the inspection. He explained all of the parts of the furnace that needed to be replaced with pictures, he explained in detail why the furnace that was purchased 22+ years old, he tested for carbon monixide which was present when he lit the pilot light in the furnace. With the list of parts and furnance that needed to be replaced I decided to immediately purchase a new furnace and he gave the owner of the home a great deal on a new furnace and parts that will be installed tomorrow morning.

Austin took the time to explain the situation. The installers did an awesome job. Clean and prompt. Call them...Yes!

Service technician (Matt) was great. He quickly fixed the issue and the furnace is operating again. However Matt indicated that the issue could recur at any time and recommended two parts be replaced. That would cost $300. I said no to that. I looked into replacing the parts, $41.00 for the parts and maybe 15 minutes to replace. I think Andy’s Stateside is over priced by a lot for this service. Especially since the parts are still under warrenty.

I called their office early Monday morning for a sudden furnace problem. They scheduled me for later in the day. The serviceman arrived and diagnosed the furnace problem. He had the replacement part on his truck and was able to install it on my furnace. Excellent service at a fair price. Only furnace company I will deal l with now because they are the best.

I am revising my review. Andy's management contacted me regarding my experience detailed below, apologized for the bad experience, said they would address the issue with the tech and refunded the fees.
Repair diagnosis was in correct. There was nothing wrong with the blower motor. I found later that the maintenance panel on the furnace was loose. That was causing the rattle. Furthermore the tech proceeded to recommend a new furnace saying that the part would cost almost as much as the furnace. He convinced me to setup an appointment to get en estimate for a new furnace. I found the OEM part for $250 and replacing it is very simple. So multiple issues #1 wrong diagnosis. #2 pushing to sell a new furnace instead of the repair. #3 The repair cost and part was grossly overstated "$1,200 but will give a discount to $900". I will not use Andy's service again nor will I recommend it.
