The installer showed up on time, and they covered surfaces so the carpet would not get dirty. They worked tirelessly all day until the job was done. Then he gave us a tour of the new furnace and the whole house humidifier, answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Very pleased with the service.

We’ve used Andy’s since our house was built. We’ve had their service plan for the past several years. They’ve come quickly when needed when the basement flooded and saved the furnace. They are on time, quick and professional every time they are out.

Technician arrived pretty fast, found and fixed the problem, gave a recommendation on a part to replace before it caused further/future damage. Gave a reasonable price and replaced the part pretty quickly. Was not rude, and was respectful. We appreciated his services.

Great service as always! The technician showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me with some additional questions I had about an appliance. Everything was explained and it’s always pleasant and easy experience to work with this team. They text before your appointment and when the tech is on the way, which is very convenient. I highly recommend.

My experience was not the best. Upon arrival I explained to the repairman that I knew that I needed an igniter. He proceeded to tell me that the igniter cost $495. I was shocked and amazed. I felt as though that was an extremely ridiculous price but because I did not have any heat I let him make the repair. I felt exploited and taken advantage of. I will never do business with Andy statewide again.
I was contacted by a nice lady named Robin and she lower the price for me. Thanks Robin
