Tech explained the heat exchanger limit switch was stuck , also explained the furnace installed was oversized compared to the ac coil platform that it is mounted on ..causing heat buildup and constantly triggering the switch ..explained how to easily swap out limit switch and suggested I keep all vents opened to help the heat exchanger disperse the heat .. excellent professional service.

Just want to share feedback on service provided by Andy’s Statewide. One of their HVAC techs Tim specializes in geothermal units and provides top notch diagnostics resolution and repairs. There are not a lot of geo techs out it there that have the Knowledge that Tim does and we’re grateful to have the responsiveness of Andy’s and their professional staff. Thank you!

My experience was not the best. Upon arrival I explained to the repairman that I knew that I needed an igniter. He proceeded to tell me that the igniter cost $495. I was shocked and amazed. I felt as though that was an extremely ridiculous price but because I did not have any heat I let him make the repair. I felt exploited and taken advantage of. I will never do business with Andy statewide again.
I was contacted by a nice lady named Robin and she lower the price for me. Thanks Robin
