My service technician was AWESOME!! He arrived at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable, professional and laughed at my stories of an old house 😅. My boss referred Andy Statewide (speaking highly of the company) and I'm glad he did. I will be passing Jake's business card on to my neighbors! Hunter was great. He arrived early. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Clearly explained what he was going to do and explained his findings and opinions. After completing his work and took the time to be sure that everything was working correctly as expected. Andy’s will be my first call from now on.

Dhillon was awesome doing a furnace tune up. He looked at the furnace in detail, heat exchanger. Cleaned the flame sensor, co reader, cleaned the drains, gave good advice. Great guy.

Dennis came for an a/c tuneup. He asked me how the humidifiers were working. I said I keep getting shocks in a certain part of the house. He checked it out and found that one humidifier wasn’t working at all. He discovered that a mouse had through the wires and was able to quickly repair it!

Was having issues with the Nest Thermastat I got wh3n I purchased rhe furnace, dillion came out to give me a checkup and found that there was a deeper problem, but c I updated really tell if it was the Thermastat or the furnace , so he contacted his office explained what was going on, so now I'm waiting for someone else to come out and hopefully fix the problem. Ill update when I know.
