Everything was good until it was time to pay. I had to fill out a slip as it seemed I was booked by Lowe's when I contacted Andy's myself. Also the technician's notes said I only had my a/c through Andy's which is false. The entire HVAC is through Andy's. But other than those things everything was fine.

I have been in my house for 4 years and one of my furnaces stopped working. I called this company as they had a sticker on the furnace. I called at night, they answered the phone and was willing to come out that evening. As I have more than one, arranged for them to come the next morning. I was tidied when the repairman was on the way. Randy was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly with an air of trustworthiness. He fixed the problem, and educated on some matters to keep me out of trouble in the future. This was my first time using the company, and will only use them for any future need. Much thanks for a job well done :)

Recieved status calls multiple times, part csm in within 24 hours and installed. The price of the circuit board was hard to digest. But then again it's better to have heat rather none during the winter

Our technician was very prompt, kind, and caring. He helped us with our furnace and the did the seasonal maintenance too. Gave us helpful advice on the mobile home register vents too to improve quality of air flow to rooms too. We highly recommend Andy's Statewide as they have really great customer service and respond to issues in a timely manner.

Our technician was very kind and professional, and cleaned our furnace at a very affordable price! He made us aware of an issue the furnace may have in the future and quoted us a reasonable price when we choose to have it taken care of. Very happy with Andy's Statewide, and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs!
