The service technician Timothy Mitchell was professional, and very knowledgeable. He came on a snow day and put shoe cover from the second he entered the house. Everything was explained clearly, and he made sure the furnace was working properly before leaving. Great service overall.

Our furnace went down during a cold night. Austin from Andy's Statewide diagnosed the problem and got it working again. The heat works good again. From the time I called until the job was done, the company was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend this company if you need repair work.

Awesome service. It was less than 2 hours from the time I called until someone came out. Hunter was my technician. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!

Furnace stop working at the coldest day of the year. Andy's took the call right away. In less the 3 hours I had a tech named Bakeer come out and heat working. Thanks for the fast good service!

Aiden was the technician today and as my previous experience with him it was exceptional! He is a fine young man and an attribute to Andy’s. He’s polite and friendly and assessed the situation and was ready to make the repairs and I decided to replace since it’s almost 12 years old.
He’s the kind of young man I looked to join my team while I worked at Ford Motor Company.

Andy's Satewide installed our home A/F system in 2019. Last fall I called to set up a maintenance and was told it would be mid January. No acceptable, so I called Randazzo and they came next day.
Andy's installed the NEST thermostat, so I called.
I am back. Brian J. was a savior for this 80 year old non techy. He was great. I will use him in the future. Great hire.

Sunday morning called them and they had someone come out within a 4 hour window.
Diagnosed the problem quickly. Got the furnace working 😁 will have to get the part replaced.

I called Andy’s when another service provider never showed up for my confirmed emergency service appointment (not to name name’s but it starts with an R). I had been without heat for 2 days (in single digit temps) when I reached out to Andy’s.
An actual person answered the phone (not an AI robot), scheduled an emergency service appointment AND they showed up on time! Even calling on the way. My furnace was repaired on-site, and the tech was very polite/kind. It’s not hard to provide great service & Andy’s does a great job.

They were very prompt and responsive. I called about my furnace problem at 1:30 pm
and Hunter the technician was here around 3 pm. I explained what was happening, he did his diagnostics and then he explained what he thought was causing the problem. He made a few adjustments to settings and said it should be OK. It has worked fine since.
Very impressed with this company and the technician. Will use again.

I highly recommend Andy's for heating and cooling! My furnace went out and another company told me that it would need an expensive part and that it wouldn't be in until after the weekend (they came out on a Thursday). I called Andy's since I didnt want to wait for 4 more days in the middle of January. Dennis from Andy's came out shortly after I called and discovered that the furnance did not need a new part, it only needed the "high limit switch" that popped when it exceeded its safe limit, to be reset. Dennis was professional, quick, and super helpful, taking the time to explain how to prevent it from happening again. He also saved me $400! If you need HVAC, I encourage you to give Andy's a try!

The service technician from Andy's Statewide (Parker), did an outstanding job in completing our annual tune up of our Furnace and draining our water heater. He was very detailed and he definitely knows his "stuff." If you are using Andy's Statewide, I highly recommend Parker as your service technician.
