We called them for regular maintenance. Our furnace was 11 years old and the motor is running at the edge of collapsing. They gave us the quote for replacement of motor and replace of a whole unit, and did not force us to make a decision. They offer professional opinions about each option. We did a research online and their quote is on average. We got the furnace replaced in 3 days and the job was done nice and tidy! I trust them and will use them in future

I've only had the diagnostic check so far but Mathew Poole seems very knowledgeable about the system. He also has impeccable taste in music.

I called them this past Saturday afternoon. They had appts available that day but didn't work out for us. They came out the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem. They didn't have the part and came back today to fix the furnace.

I can't thank Andy's Statewide enought!!! My old furnace was 43 yrs old and thought it was time for a new one. Andy's Statewide came out and replaced my old furnace/air condition. Daniel and Daniel come to do the installations. They asked if I had any questions or concerns. They explained the whole process of what they were going to do. They kept me informed as they were going along, again asking if I had any questions or concerns. When they were done, they showed/explained from how to operate the thermostat, changing the filters on the humidifier/furnace, when to change them. To operating the temp on the humidifier . The wanted to make sure I was comfortable with how to work everything before they left!!! GREAT JOB ANDYS STATEWIDE FOR EMPLOYING THESE TWO GUYS!!! THEY SURE KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!!!

We have been using Andy's Statewide for decades. The technicians are hard workers and installation was on time.
I have seen ratings all over the place but recommend them. They do need to make phone system direct to local office during business hours,not to an answering desk.

The technician was courteous and friendly. He answered my questions about parts of the furnace and completed the system check and tuneup thoroughly and efficiently.

I've spent the last week bundled up in 50 degree temps in my home. I called Andy's Statewide service Thursday and they came out the next business day. They called ahead to let me know a tech would be at my home. Joseph was very friendly,and professional. Assessed the damage to my system. Unfortunately my motor on my system needed replacement. Joseph quoted me a price of about $1,200.I asked if they do financing being on a tight income. Not only did they finance the work,Joseph called to find the new motor,installed the part for just under $1,000. Currently I have heat and can sleep comfortably. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Joseph,and Andy's Statewide.

Consistently professional and thorough. Matt is awesome...diagnosed a bad capacitor in less than 5 minutes!!! Cool air was flowing within an hour. 85F today and 90F tomorrow! Thanks Matt and happy 4th of July!
