My first visit from ARS was a pleasure! Justin Elkin was both knowledgeable and professional.
He patiently explained my issues and offered different options. I would highly recommend ARS based on my visit and repair solution!

The entire situation was confusing. The Spring maintenance serviceman told me there were problems with the return, air handler, supply, and supply return line with microbial growth present and gave me three options to choose from to correct the problem ranging from $1,899 to $5,450. I called my son to discuss this with him who contacted that serviceman and he said he would get back to my son but never did. Consequently, I did nothing. Fall maintenance is due so I call and make the appointment. The next day, a representative from ARS calls me to inform me I have to wait until I pay for my elite plan (which wasn't due for 2 weeks). So, I call ARS to ask about that and, as I thought, that person was wrong. I still had my Fall service covered. Well, after that was corrected, the Fall serviceman came and when he took down the filters, he pointed out that they were clean as a whistle and he complimented me on having such a clean house. I appreciated hearing that and thanked him. He found nothing wrong with whatever the Spring serviceman said. The Fall maintenance man did replace the old battery and added another part to protect the condenser. He showed me and told me why that would be necessary. He was very clear with his explanation. I have no idea what the Spring serviceman was up to but I'm sure glad I didn't spend the money since I'm on a fixed income. I trust the Fall serviceman and always want to deal with just him. I feel he was honest, professional, friendly, and understanding. I don't expect to have this type of problem with ARS in the future. I have been a customer with ARS for quite some time.

I called ARS back to ouir installation because the thermostat wasn't giving the information/options we needed. He was here within a couple of hours, fixed it and gave me good info on how to navigate the device and the app.

This is the second time Bill has come out to do service work on our unit very professional showed her some issues with the unit. I highly recommend Bill as a service person to call for.

Jeremy looked at my hot water heater, and determined it was a small electrical problem, fixed it and I got my hot water back. I was very happy with the service and with him.

Had two different techs come out to the house today to address an issue that the home builder never fixed. Richard l and Joshua g both did great work in figuring out the issue and fixing it the right way and they were very up front ans clear about what we were having done and what the problem was and how they planned on fixing it. We will be calling ARS for any future problems involving plumbing from now on. Both techs were very professional and very quick in their work.

A very nice, professional and knowledgeable technician came to service our HVAC system. He found a couple of parts needing replaced. He explained how those parts work and what can happen if not replaced. He had those parts with him and was able to replace them while he was here. Very satisfied with his service. Will request him jn the future.

4/2025 Joshua was on time, courteous and very friendly as well as maintaining a very professional demeanor. He was efficient and went through all his findings with photos to document. They were not pushy when suggesting work that may need to be completed allowing me to make a decision. I would recommend them and him for your hvac needs.(failed to send this in April)
10/25 Tyler was punctual and professional. He showed me issues as he found them and sent pictures as well. He politely explained what he felt my options were with no pressure to make immediate repairs or replacements. I would recommend him and ARS to others in need of hvac services.

I highly recommend you skip the rest and go right to ARS
After 10 years of seeking help to fix multiple issues, I finally contacted ARS.
Would’ve saved me lots of money if I had just gone to them first
I also recommend getting their six month or yearly maintenance check.
Today Tyler and Rob were the two that came out and five stars to both of them
. I highly recommend ARS for all of your needs
