Corey promptly responded to our need to repair or replace our 13 year-old water heater. Although he made every attempt to obtain parts To repair it, they were no longer available. He immediately contacted his office to obtain a price on the best water heater for our needs. We were very pleased with his prompt actions and installation of our new Rheem hot water heater. Cory is definitely an asset to ARS.. He will definitely do everything to save your money and efficiently worked to get the issue resolved immediately.

Tyler was excellent !!! We had some major issues with our unit and he reconfigured the wiring and was so thorough in explaining what went wrong. He was quick, diligent, and a very efficient worker. Great job !!!!

I specifically asked for Josh to come out. He has fixed things for me before. He was terrific as always. He fixed the leak under my house and we found a new one. Both broken because of the hard freeze. He fixed that and made sure my hot water heater was working. I recommend ARS to anyone and especially Josh!

Their ARS employees have all been polite, personal, efficient, and knowledgeable in their field. The gentleman that was here today was all of these things and went beyond what was required of him. I am a very satisfied customer for many years. My unit is in good working condition and no issues. I am very pleased with this report.

Professional and knowledgeable technician. Performed an electrical preventative maintenance inspection. Pleased with the services this company has provided. Have previously had a new AC installed with ARS.

I give Carl (the technician) a 10. Carl and his work were very
professional. Enlightened me on information I should have been
given when unit was installed. Installed the surge protector
that should have been installed along with the unit. If surge protector
was not installed, that should have been my decision.
Whatever information is necessary to maintain a healthy unit, should
be give up front. I don't have money to keep paying for things that should I'm
have been included in the initial installation.
I wonder why my Duke surge protector was not sufficient?
