I had a great experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the solution. The service was prompt, efficient, and done right the first time. I really appreciated the honesty and respect shown throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter to anyone needing reliable plumbing or HVAC services.

Shout out to Rodney and Chris! Our hvac system quit working and we called ARS it come check it out. Rodney arrived and was very thorough inspecting the system taking pictures as he went along. He delivered the bad news...our system was shot and the pictures showed that. He could get the parts needed but it would be costly and might not be effective.
He set us up with a second visit later in the day with Christopher, who did his own thorough inspection to give us the best possible estimates for a new system.
Both gentlemen were very courteous and professional explaining everything in depth and answering our questions. Decision...the new system gets installed soon! We would definitely use them again for any needs we have. Thanks Rodney and Chris!

The technician was able to explain the issues I was having and the actions needed to correct. when he finished he cleaned up and left the area look the same as it was when he started.

John came out and diagnosed what was wrong within minutes, after having the same issue multiple times and various techs out. He fixed the unit and got our heat working. He addressed the issues and concerns we had. We also had a whole house purification system installed. Very polite and helpful
