The plumbing tech that came out was very professional and extremely courteous. He listened to me and figured out the best way to solve my problem. He gave me a great price and said if I had other problems to let them know. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Technition showed up on time. Friendly and courteous.Did heat checkup and found no problems. Slight mold issue on wiring in overhead unit. Declined the offer of ultraviolet treatment. Good tech

As usual, ARS sends professionals. I bought a maintenance policy when I moved here 10 years ago, and have always received A+ service. Too many people are fly by night con men. ARS requires 3 years of training before they work on their own. Do it right the first time and save money!

I used ARS Rescue Rooter and they were running a special in my area. Great price too! Joshua G. Came out and was so professional at what he did and was so kind and courteous! He was a polite and decent young man and would definitely recommend him! The only reason I give four stars is because we couldn't get the bathtub to clear. I believe this is a city problem as they had recently done some work on the main line and is the cause of my clogged tub. Joshua G. gets five stars for good work, professionalism, and his personality! Only con is the tub still being clogged but that's not his fault!

Leroy arrived, introduced himself. Explained recently moved from CT and Leroy Explained how the system worked. Leroy Explained the drain line should be cleaned and advantages of a air scrubber, which I had installed. Leroy is a well mannered young man and an asset to ARS.
