My mother is going through cancer therapy and they only have one bathroom. With her going through therapy, she had to use a certain wipe that ended up clogging the toilet. We tried desperately to unclog it and finally we were able to get a hold of Rescue Rooter. They wasted no time in getting out with two trucks to try and unclog the system. I appreciated Dave Rawls and his assistant Jack, who stayed late into the evening and early the next morning to complete the project . I wanted to give them five star rating for all that they did and how kind they were to my mother and father. Thank you again Rescue Rooter.

This business made a poor start better by providing polite, professional and clean workspace service. Scheduling snafu for morning service and did not arrive until evening. Understand stuff happens and they made the effort to make it right. I would give them another go.

Jordan was incredible. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it on the spot. Next time we need plumbing needs we will definitely call Rescue Rooter and ask specifically for Jordan.

Excellent service a day after national holiday and a saturday!
Both Jordon and Joseph were on site within one hour from my emergency call to Rescue. Problem resolved and both Gents were gone within an hour. Can't beat that ?

They advertise $98 dollar deals and I understand every job is different, with that being said. The plumber that came did a great job, extremely professional, polite and understanding. But the company wanted to charge $727 dollar as an initial cost to remove a toilet and go 35 ft, which seemed extreme. We could not afford it, and his boss allowed the job to be done for $200 dollars, which I felt was fair. , but such an extreme difference from the initial quoted cost to what they ended up allowing doing the job for seemed sketchy. Again the man that came out was great, but we will be looking for another company that charges reasonable prices from the start.

Rescue Rooter replaced my shower valve. They did what they said they were going to do,when they said they were going to do it, and for the price they quoted. I am completely satisfied with the service and would like to thank Tyson and Tanner for their work and professionalism.

Extremely friendly and professional. Helped me out of a "hairy" situation. They had a slight snafu with scheduling and my appointment got dropped but they still got me in same day. Price was very reasonable. Thank you guys!

We had a flood under our sink last night that was the result of a "dead garbage disposal" that started leaking. Rescue Rooter got us an appointment for today, called, confirmed our appointment. Sent someone out and in 90 minutes we had a replacement disposal up and working. Great job, completely clean and professional work! Vanja Pazin did a wonderful job!

They were able to schedule me for an inspection the same day I called. And the technician was able to come back in a timely manner to quickly and efficiently handle my plumbing problem. I would highly recommend Rescue Rooter for any kind of plumbing problem.
