Ryan (technician) was very polite and professional. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and provided me with useful information to keep my ac unit in good running condition. Ryan checked my vents addressing issues I’ve had with airflow. Ryan was great thank you. The only issue I had with my overall experience was the call center calling and texting me ridiculously. The office call was perfect the call center needs to fix whatever tracking system they have.

I was battling my A/C vent system—some rooms felt like the Arctic, others like the Sahara. Naturally, I called in three different A/C companies to check things out and give me repair estimates (for reference, my A/C unit is under 10 years old).
The first two companies strolled in, took one glance at my vents (original to the house, built in 1980), and immediately went into full-on “car salesman” mode. According to them, not only did I need new vents, but apparently, my entire A/C unit was practically a dinosaur because it used “old freon.” Cue dramatic gasps and replacement pitch.
The third company, thankfully, was a breath of fresh air (pun intended). Their tech actually inspected the ductwork, explained things clearly, and gave me useful info. Sure, their estimate was pricier than I’d hoped, but at least I felt like I wasn’t being sold a timeshare.
Fast forward to Home Depot, where fate (and a friendly ARS Tampa rep) intervened. I told her I didn’t need a whole new A/C—just my vents checked and maybe replaced. She smiled and said, “We can do that too.” Music to my ears. I called that same afternoon, answered a few standard questions, and had an appointment booked.
Enter Travis, the technician. On time, sharply dressed, professional—like the James Bond of HVAC. He asked smart questions, took notes, skipped the small talk, and made me feel calm and confident. Zero pressure, zero gimmicks, just straight-up professionalism.
ARS Tampa’s estimate was in line with the others, so I gave them the green light. Travis explained everything, mentioned a special financing deal (bonus points), and got the job scheduled within days.
When the big day came, Hamid and Quinn showed up right on time, in full uniform and company van. They introduced themselves, explained the plan, laid out drop cloths, and even asked before moving anything near the A/C access point. Already winning points.
Replacing ducts, relocating the cooling unit, cleaning, and installing new vents is no small feat—it took over eight hours. These two worked nonstop like HVAC superheroes, only pausing for water breaks. Any time I had a question, one of them stopped to explain without making me feel clueless.
By the end, they cleaned everything up so well you’d never know major surgery had been performed on my ducts. They walked me through their work, tested everything, and made sure it all ran perfectly. Paperwork signed, questions answered, and I was officially stress-free.
Bottom line: The whole experience was smoother than I ever imagined. No-pressure sales, rock-solid workmanship, and top-notch professionalism. Two days later, I’m still impressed—and that’s saying something. ARS Tampa has definitely earned my trust, and when the day comes to replace the whole A/C, they’ll be my first call.

First 6 mo. maintenance was included in the purchase price of my system. As is typical these days, it was an opportunity to try and sell me more stuff. I elected to add the surge protector, which, in my opinion should have been a part of the original installation. The service person was pleasant and did a good job but I'm a little put off that it wasn't addressed in my original purchase. Seems like a marketing tactic. I don't like being played.

Our family received wonderful service from this company when our HVAC system went down. They came out the same evening to get us temporarily back up and running so we were comfortable to sleep that night. Unfortunately our system was old and the compressor was failing, but ARS was honest about the cost of replacing the compressor vs a new system and gave us multiple options. In the end, we went with a new system because they offered a very fair and competitive price as well as financing options. Andreas in particular was very kind and helpful. They were willing to install the new unit within a day and though our schedule did not allow for this, they worked to get us in the following day. The installation team arrived in the morning and had the new system up and running by that afternoon. Everything was installed very professionally and the installers were terrific. We had a great experience with this company and our family (and extended families) will be using them from now on. We highly recommend ARS for your family’s HVAC needs!

Overtime, Holiday, rates are very , very reasonable compared to the other places we called. The gentleman called shortly after , and was here within 2 hrs. Didn’t try to sell us parts that were just going to be a temporary , fix in the short term !!!

Had preventative maintenance done today. Tech was very nice and professional. Checked the mini split and did a thorough cleaning of the system. Also checked the inside unit.

They gave me a 4 hour window for their arrival and called when they were about a half hour out. Drovi the tech showed me how to maintain the fan and cage outside, the returns and vents on the inside, and opened the air handler in the garage to show me the coils and places where algae collects. He replaced the fan, flushed the drain, added a surge protector and condenser.
