Carlos and Eric did a wonderful, neat, and caring job installing my new furnace - arriving on time and working efficiently. They went the extra mile to ensure my overall setup was even better/more effective than before. Casey and the manager Mark, along with Bryan, were very helpful and patient, and answered my questions/addressed my requests until my satisfaction. They worked late and ensured the work was scheduled for the very next day. I'm warm/toasty, and very happy. Thank you to the whole team!!

We had an HVAC system installed by George and Brandon. A hot water heater installed Josh. Everyone was very polite and professional. Work was done very efficiently, they left the home as clean as they found it and were able to describe in detail what needed to be done as they were installing it. I would highly recommend their services for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Good customer service! Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. However, prices are absolutely outrageous. Not competitive pricing. A piece broke during the visit; however, I was charged for the piece and cost of labor.

On 10/29/25 the ARS rep Ghulam was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. His actions were 5 STARS. As to the company, I would give 3 STARS because I asked for an 8-12 block of time and they came in the afternoon. Additionally, I asked for Danny or George but received neither. Requesting people is a particular problem with ARS. It is difficult to figure out why....

ARS just installed a new heat pump today after servicing our last one for 11 years. The installers were efficient, tidy, and very nice. The new system is up and running.

Our experience with ARS has generally been good for more than 25 years. Recently, however, issues have exposed deficiencies in the scheduling of technicians by ARS. Today we were re-scheduled for an 8 am to noon service window after we had to cancel service a couple weeks ago because the technician missed the window then. The technician arrived after 3 pm today. Fortunately, we had no conflicting commitments. Once here, we were impressed as usual with the competent service provided by your technician, James. He installed a new scrubber system for our unit.
