Tre was one of the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC technicians I’ve ever had come to my home. Not only was he able to provide a thorough and comprehensive assessment of my HVAC systems, he was also able to effectively communicate what he found. He didn’t try to exaggerate issues or sell me anything, he just highlighted the deficiencies in the system and recommended options for remediation. ARS, y’all got a good one!

They provided all the necessary information to help me confidently choose the right capacity and cost for my new heating system. The removal of the old system and installation of the new one were incredibly fast, clean, and safe. I’m very pleased with the entire experience!

Great service! Have had ARS for about 30 years and continue to be happy with them. They have replaced my heat pump twice,, added ductwork for an addition, put in automatic zoning baffles with my single unit, updated thermostats three times to make them more automatic. I also have a service contract with them that has helped maintain my systems.

Our furnace and nest stopped working on one of the coldest days. I called ARS at 500p and Olivia lovely scheduler immediately send Imran from 6p to 625p. Our Furnace and HVAC were replaced in September 2021 we purchased extended warranty. The tech arrived he thoroughly checked everything and it was a burned fuse. He replaced it and kept checking the wiring and advise us to call if something like this happened in the future. We had to pay $119. Researching if this fee would have been covered by the extended warranty. The service rep didn’t know or could assess about it.

Installers showed up on the early side and I paid a fair price for furnace and AC. So far good! Time will tell of course but the equipment looks good and the technician (Rene) went over what they installed and tested equipment.

I called ARS/Rescue Rooter around 3:00pm and they sent people to my property at 6pm the same day. Very efficient. The technician (Rae) is very polite. He did the tune up for my furnace and provided professional advice about how to maintain. The fee is reasonable. I decided to join their membership based on the positive experience.

ARS and specifically Salah B were a godsend! Thank you! Water heater decide to break on a Sunday afternoon. We finally figured out why we didn’t have hot water and call for help late Sunday night. Monday morning Salah was here and he had us back up and running in no time! Hot water with none leaking on the basement floor! So professional and friendly. Thank you ARS and thank you Salah!

Salah Breskone is who you want to do the work at your place. Very professional tech! Very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything. Great customer service, he definitely should get quarterly bonuses or something for his professionalism, customer service is everything in business. I will be calling you back for any future projects. He is a keeper so treat him well!

Jose provided service on my hot water heater today. I loved having him back and performing maintence for me today. My bottom line is that I truly trust him and his levrl of expertise, let alone his professionalism and how courteous he is in my home...always. As I told him, he is one of the reasons my satisfaction with ARS is so high...and has been now for over 20+ years!

Sully just left my home for our bi-annual check-up and what another very great experience with ARS! Super polite and very educational with his findings. I'd welcome Sully back in my home anytime...maybe he'll be back fir my Spring maintenace check ;) Now bring a 20+ year client of ARS for my home, and 10+ years for my small business...ARS has maintained their standards for the highest level of customer service possible. Highly recommended and thanks again, Sully! Good man.

Mr. Robert Van Pelt just left my home from my spring preventative maintenance service. And when I say that he was one of the most polite, professional, respectful, honest and fully transparent techs that I've met, it would be truth. A really, really strong asset with Robert for the ARS team, yes. He took extra steps that after 20 years of being and ARS customer, that no others took. Please extend recognition to him, as it very much so, makes a difference to every ARS customers he works with. Good man, Robert. I hope to work with you again, and know that I'll request you if it can work out!

Jose Renderos installed my new water heater, sump pump and pressure valve, and the experience was as top-shelf as the prior visit below. Talk about knowing that I'm in good/great hands with him (and his partner who was with him)! From his first message letting me know he's on the way and will be right on time, to protecting his shoes while entering my home, to discussing all the work to be done, to the installations and the checkpoints to keep me up to date, to the walk thru and full education post-install and answering all my questions and then closing up, there was nothing that I would change in any way at all. I hope to be able to work with Jose again!!!

Had ARS out again today to take a look at my 11+ yr old hot water heater that I've been very remiss on flushing and maintaining it properly. I had the opportunity to have Jose Renderos come onsite to inspect and assess. Very professional, an obvious expert in his field, very respectful and also very educational in the process of walking me through not only my hot water heater, but all of my plumbing servicing my home. This man is wrlcome in my home anytime I have ANY plumbing related matters!!! Thank you ARS.

Kenneth from ARS came to do our spring A/C system maintenance. He did a very thorough job, and explained what he was doing and seeing plainly. He was most personable and left everything neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to have him back again for future such visits.
