Marvin the ARS technician performed a preseason annual inspection of the HVAC cooling system. He was very thorough and generally explained what he was doing and why. Marvin recommended some minor upgrades to the system to ensure reliability and enhance performance. Thanks to Lowe’s and ARS for a fantastic deal on the checkup.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the air conditioner inspection and tune-up that was performed by ARS Technician Tray. He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable about his job, efficient and very pleasant to be around with while performing his tasks. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me lots more information regarding the condition of our air conditioner. I really appreciate all his feedback, advices and suggestions. I would definitely recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter of Manassas to my family and friends for their HVAC needs in the future.

This is the second time I used ARS for a new HVAC system. I have two HVAC zones, and a similar system was installed almost two years ago. Every step of the way, every person I worked with (initial service tech, salesperson, installers/techs) was professional and did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the process. Salah and Alex punctual and very professional. They installed a water heater and cleared my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. The quote process was clear and Salah made sure I was aware of the options available to me. I am extremely pleased with entire process and especially with Salah and Alex. I always get a minimum of 2 bids on projects. I love the fact that this company is connected with Lowes Home Improvement as well.

Very pleased with Angel and my camera inspection service tonight. They got behind today and had to adjust my time window but communicated well. Angel called when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Worked diligently and cleanly. Was respectful of my flooring and allowed me to watch the whole run. Super nice guy. My thermostat had gone rogue. Toni came even though earlier repairs put him 4 hours behind (surprise snow day) so he had to work really late. He was able to recalibrate and reconnect my Nest thermostat and extra sensors instead of replacing it. He thoroughly checked the system to confirm it was functioning properly. Cost of labor was included in the $119 service call fee. This was Nov or Dec 2025 but it didn’t seem to post. Now in March 2026 I have a maintenance checkup and Kyle was excellent at explaining things- how the furnace system works and why certain things are recommended. Price for maintenance visit was very reasonable.

James came to my home today for the biannual maintenance. He was friendly, professional, and recommended to have the coils cleaned and asked me if I wanted it done. I declined. He did the services/items in a timely manner. He checked the cooling system and everything was great.
