Thomas Hudgens and his partner showed up to fix my one bathroom house with a drain issue on little notice. I did not have all the info they needed but they were professional, asked questions and were able to determine how to access my drain lines. They had to dig to get to it in the cold late night, but did so quickly, found the problem and cleared the line. They were communicative, professional and friendly. Most importantly to me, they ensured we had bathroom use before leaving. There is more that we need to do to fix the problem, but they have educated me and assured that they will follow up to assess the damage. I am elated with the service these gentlemen provided and would highly recommend them.

Kyle K was extremely thorough and patient, and most importantly, exceedingly transparent about his recommendations and suggestions. This is my 3rd interaction with ARS and about my 20th with the industry as a whole; Kyle now has me sold on remaining loyal to ARS. Thank you!

The technician was very thorough and explained many aspects of my furnace and AC system to me. He offered several ways that I could bulletproof my system by adding safeties such as a SS2 float switch for my HVAC.

Agent was polite. I was charged $618 for a single thumb size solenoid for my humidifier. Shocking puts it mildly, but I have to pay or dry out.

I am very pleased to post this review for ARS technician Tramaine Smith. My house was not warming up due to a technical issue with the HVAC. Tramaine handled the matter professionally: Tramaine was able to diagnose the issue and repair the HVAC neatly, and quickly. He provided a clear explanation of the cause of the issue. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and honest! He inspires trust. He is an assert for ARS and I highly recommend his services.

ARS came out and serviced my HVaC for a winter tune up. They were super fast (like next day)! Very professional, clean and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed. The communication was top notch as well.

Matt and Donnie from ARS Rescue Rooter (plumbing) came out and did an amazing job on our clogged kitchen sink. They were very thorough and listened to the issue. After determining the problem, they used their snake and sure enough, they got to the clog. They then proceeded to double check that they had cleared it and even made sure I could see and hear the slurp of a cleaned drain. Thank you for doing this job so well.

Prince was truly a prince. He saved the day by fixing our failing water supply regulator and relieved us from the loud banging shaking pipes.

I understand that all services calls do not have predictable durations, based upon my understanding of broken systems. Therefore, schedules later in the day or even the early ones do not work out as planned. Our technician arrived late but still got the job done. That is the most important priority. Service promised is service provided, knowing what time unpredictable jobs will be done is asking for a lot more than real life can supply. Overall the job was done, and we were kept informed of the timing. ****** gave up his evening to honor our request for service.

The repair technician Daniel Maldonado, was friendly, well-informed and helpful, and he was careful to provide several options in addressing a plumbing problem. Daniel was a fine representative of ARS.

Dillon Greene is an excellent plumber and an excellent representative of ARS Rescue Rooter. He explained what he was doing as he tested each sink for drainage. He was able to narrow our drainage problem to just one sink which he corrected. He and Isaiah are the reason we will renew our service contract with ARS.
