Replace furnace. Very impressed with Matt who came as scheduled and spent time answering many questions for me as I wasn't sure what I wanted to do at the time of placing the call he provided options. My Heat Pump was replaced today by 2 awesome gentleman. They were on time, professional and very respectful of my home, no snow was tracked inside because booties were worn every time one had to be inside the house. I was given instructions for the use of my new thermostat and now I’m warm, cozy and happy. Thank you guys!

I was able to have a plumber come out to my house on the same day that I called. The plumber was very friendly and was extremely efficient. I think that the price was more than fair! Would call them again if we have another clogged pipe.

Heating system inspection was done professionally by a competent technician, and he gets 5 stars. ARS gets 4 stars because they moved my appointment back 3 times. I get it, they are busy and I had a great deal for an inspection for ten dollars. Most businesses will put repairs and installations (i.e., $$$) ahead of a $10 visit.

Tre was one of the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC technicians I’ve ever had come to my home. Not only was he able to provide a thorough and comprehensive assessment of my HVAC systems, he was also able to effectively communicate what he found. He didn’t try to exaggerate issues or sell me anything, he just highlighted the deficiencies in the system and recommended options for remediation. ARS, y’all got a good one!

Fire damper was closed. Shaun W. was able to find the problem. He had to cut the wall to get to the fire damper to open for my first floor heat to work. At this point I have heat on my first floor as well. I bought a brand new furnace and air conditioner with a new thermostat. Thank you again Shaun W!

I called ARS last evening to get help with my heat pump, which was blowing cold air and I was concerned that the compressor was making a bad noise.
They sent James, who has everything working properly! Great young man!!! I’ll have them back to install a surge protector next week.

They came right out on the coldest day of the year. The service technician, Ryland, was great to work with and he gave us great advice. We received a promo deal on a furnace inspection. This gave us peace of mind during a long cold snap!
